ElMetro company repairs instruments of our own production and produced by other manufacturers especially import Coriolis flowmeters.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
Warranty repairs of ElMetro-brand products are non-chargeable in case defects are caused by the manufacturer’s fault and all operational requirements specified in manual instruction and product certificate were observed by customer.
To apply for warranty service and repair a customer should send a letter to ElMetro maintenance department which would be written in free form and contain following information:
- letter number and date of issue;
- device name and model;
- serial number of the device;
- company’s legal information;
- date when a defect was revealed by customer;
- description of detected defect;
- other additional information.
Such letter should be sent to our e-mail address: info@elmetro.ru (or support@elmetro.ru). If you would like to get a more detailed consultation on verification and calibration, please, contact us by tel.: +7 (351) 220-06-01. Once we receive your letter, ElMetro specialists will contact you and provide guidance required to send us faulty instrument.
In order to guarantee proper repairing, please, send us device with its full supply package. Before shipping the device, please, get acquainted with requirements to supply package, outside appearance, transportation packing and etc. pointed out in manual instruction. In case a customer fails to fulfill the conditions, ElMetro maintenance department reserves the right not to accept instruments.
Conditions of performing warranty repairs:
- whether it is a warranty (free of charge) or non-warranty (chargeable) event it is defined only after a faulty device is examined by ElMetro maintenance department;
- warranty does not cover cost of device repairs caused by violation of operating conditions, for example, mechanical damages, improper installation and usage or other conditions specified in manual instruction or in the product certificate.
- primary technical examination of faulty device takes from 5 to 7 days.
- after fault identification a specialist of ElMetro maintenance department contacts customer and agrees details of repair works, for example, which components should be replaced and etc.
- average time to repair a device is not more than 45 days from the date ElMetro maintenance department receives the faulty device and to the moment it is shipped back to the customer.
- delivery of faulty device to ElMetro maintenance department is arranged by the customer by a postal parcel. In case warranty case is confirmed, the manufacturer bears shipping costs.
all unforeseen cases are discussed and agreed with a customer individually.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
ElMetro maintenance department provides chargeable post-warranty maintenance of our own products as well as import Coriolis flowmeters. Warranty for repaired ElMetro-brand products is 6 month, whereas warranty for repaired products of other manufacturers is not provided.
To apply for post-warranty service a customer should send a letter to ElMetro maintenance department which would be written in free form and contain following information:
- letter number and date of issue;
- device name and model;
- serial number of the device;
- company’s legal information;
- date when a defect was revealed by customer;
- description of detected defect;
- other additional information.

- delivery of faulty device is arranged using customer’s resources and at his own expense or could be included in total cost of repair works;
- primary technical examination of faulty device takes from 5 to 7 days;
- after fault identification a specialist of ElMetro maintenance department contacts customer and agrees details of repair works, for example, which components should be replaced and etc;
- after all details are agreed, customer is provided with a bill and once it is paid ElMetro specialists begin repairs;
- average time to repair a device is not more than 45 days from the date ElMetro maintenance department receives the faulty device and to the moment it is shipped back to the customer;
- all unforeseen cases are discussed and agreed with a customer individually.
